I selected the wrong size, can I still adjust this?

Absolutely, but you must act quickly. Once your order is in the printing process, we, unfortunately, can't modify it. So if a size change is required, reach out to our support team right away at support@leglush.com. Please include your order number in your message.

I entered an incorrect address, can I still modify this?

As long as your item hasn't been shipped yet, we can amend this for you. Please email the correct address along with your order number to support@leglush.com, and we will handle the rest.

I've changed my mind, can I still cancel my order?

Provided your items are not in the printing stage yet, you can still cancel your order. Once your item is 'in print', we cannot cancel as it is already being made. To cancel your order, send us an email at support@leglush.com. Please title your email "Cancel order (your order number)", and we will manage the rest for you.

Where are your items manufactured?

The location depends on your country of residence and the item you have ordered. We have factories in the United States, Mexico, and Europe.

Why are all prices listed in Dollars? I am not from the USA.

Despite offering global shipping, we operate from the USA. This does not mean you can't order if you're not from the USA. Credit card companies / Paypal will simply convert to your own currency at checkout.

Why is the pricing high?

We pride ourselves on quality and offering limited edition items. Our products are exclusively available from us and nowhere else. We collaborate with top designers and sewers. We never compromise on materials and ensure they do not lose vibrancy when stretched. Our items are handcrafted in North America, Mexico, or Europe.

Do you work with social media influencers?

Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?

You can only use one discount code per order. Multiple codes are not supported on our website.

Where do Leglush ship to? I am not from the USA.

We ship worldwide.

How long will it take for my item to be delivered?

This is divided into two parts:

1. Production Times:

We print on demand, everything is hand made just for you (printing, cutting and sewing). It takes us about 7-10 business days to create your gear. Shipping times are added to our production times.

Under normal circumstances, 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days.

2. Shipping Times:

Please Note: May be longer at peak times or areas impacted by COVID restrictions.

What does shipping cost?

We only charge shipping on single orders. For every order above $100, shipping is on us! Domestic shipping (USA) for orders under $100: $5.99. International shipping for orders under $100: $10.99.

QUESTIONS ABOUT MATERIALS

What are Leglush leggings made from?

Our leggings are made of 80% polyester and 20% spandex. They come with an elastic waistband and all our seams are double stitched.
